By Manhattan hotel prices, the rooms are a steal. suit underwear Penraat advertised a “lovely small bedroom in huge apartment” with “high ceilings” in a “beautiful pre-war apartment” in the tony neo-Renaissance building called The Brookford for $75 a night or $450 a week, according to court papers.

Another room, described on the controversial online apartment-renting service as a “sunny bedroom, Central Park View,” fetches $100 a night or $600 a week.

The deluxe “gorgeous master bed/bath on park” is the priciest of the bunch, garnering $150 a night or $1,000 a week, according to the suit.

The average price of a Big Apple hotel room last year was about $300 a night, according to city data.

Guests raved online about their stays.

“Noelle was an attentive hostess and the room was exactly as described, with nice extra touches,” Airbnb user Emma posted in June.

“Staying at Noelle’s exceeded our expectations!” gushed Laura in May. “She was such a sweet lady and so helpful!”

And Penraat apparently takes hospitality seriously, offering guests fresh linens and towels, Wi-Fi, free maps of the city, a luggage dolly, magazines, snack bars and “unfettered access to and from the building,” court papers state.

Rooms at the “illegal hotel and/or bed and breakfast” are offered for stays of less than 30 days, according to the suit, which says Penraat is in violation of her lease.

Penraat broke down when asked about the case. “It’s too upsetting,” she said.
